There are currently five Trustees of the Hutt Mana Charitable Trust. They areappointed until the next election in 2010.

John Burke (Chairman) A previous Chairman of the Trust, and member of the Hutt Mana Energy Trust and its predecessor since inception. Mr Burke is the Trustee elected to the Porirua constituency of the Hutt Mana Energy Trust, and a former Mayor of Porirua. Ogden (Deputy Chairman) One of two Trustees representing the Lower Hutt part of the Trust’s area. Elected in 2001 to the Hutt Mana Energy Trust, and Chairman of that Trust until it’s wind up in 2005 on completion of the payout to power customers. Mr Ogden is Mayor of Hutt City.
