APPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNITY GRANTS
FEBRUARY 2012

Applications are invited from eligible organisations with purposes consistent with the Trust’s objectives for Community Grants to be distributed by the Hutt Mana Charitable Trust.

The Trust has reviewed it’s position in the current economic climate and bearing in mind the impact of the drop in investment returns which it has experienced, the Trustees have agreed to maintain their policy of having two grant rounds per year. The amount of funds available to distribute in the forthcoming round will be approximately $300,000. The Trustees hope to be in a position to review the amount available for distribution when an improvement in the economy improves.

Applications for grants will be considered from organisations meeting the Trust criteria and operating within the Trust area. This includes Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt and Porirua Cities and northern parts of Wellington City including Johnsonville, Newlands and Tawa.

Applications close on Friday 24 February 2012, and should be sent to Hutt Mana Charitable Trust, PO Box 31 250, Lower Hutt. Late applications will not be considered.
